Contact Fox Studios

Fox Studios is written and run by a small group, and this is the page that tells you how to reach them. Whether you have spotted an error in something we published about game development, have a question an article did not answer, or want to talk business, it all starts at one address.

Where to write

info@foxstudiosscratch.space

One inbox, watched by the people who write here. No queue number, no autoresponder, no bot that closes your message after a week.

Corrections and complaints

Point at the error rather than describing it in general, and we will deal with it fast. The mechanics, including when a change gets a dated note, live in the editorial policy.

When you will hear back

A working day or two is typical. Silence past a week almost always means the message never landed, so resend it before assuming you were brushed off.

What helps us answer

We answer specific questions much faster than general ones, so it is worth a minute of extra typing.

1. The question first. We read the first two lines properly and skim the rest, which is honest rather than rude.
2. The page address, if there is one. Describing an article is much slower than pasting its link.
3. What you saw and what you expected. Those two together solve most of what arrives in the inbox.

Beyond what we can do

There is a line between publishing about game development and advising you personally, and we stay on the publishing side of it. That rules out account problems, disputes with third parties, and anything that depends on facts only you can see. See the legal notice.
